Who is Tandem?
Tandem is built by entrepreneurs dedicated to improving equitable access to economic opportunity and the thoughtful rollout of paradigm shifting technologies. Our workforce is a community of people of all different backgrounds, from all over the world, being paid a competitive wage.
Where are Tandem’s offices located?
We are located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a blue collar, union town, steeped in technology.
What happens to unused hours that are included in my subscription?
Monthly hours do not roll over. That said, we’ll remind you to give our team tasks so your money is always well-spent. And, if you don’t assign us a task, we’ll endeavor to do basic maintenance on your serviceable technology. This can include things like refining SEO, cleaning up your CRM’s database, improving mobile responsiveness, or site accessibility updates.
Can you build me a website or application?

What other technology will you maintain?
Tandem can help you implement best practices across many different software products used by your organization. This includes CRM's like Salesforce or Hubspot, organizational management platforms like Google for Nonprofits and Microsoft Teams, and many others. Ask your project manager for more information.
